Ervin's love of helping his community originated with his first job as a teenager at  Shake & Bake for 8 years then moving on to the Mayor's Office of Baltimore City PNC Bank, Merrill Lynch and Northwestern Mutual where he led transformative projects that improved operational efficiency, strengthened internal controls, and enhanced staff performance across multiple departments but mostly providing resources to those in need.  His leadership in community engagement has contributed significantly to organizational growth and his own expansion into his current business.
